Jan entered the world of real estate in 2005 after spending 15 years in Information Technology. As a native Washingtonian, who now resides in Montgomery County, Jan is very familiar with the entire Metro area and its real estate market.
She holds the elite Certified Senior Housing Professional™ certification and is a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach. She is also a part of the 3% of Realtors® nationwide who have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (known as the PhD of Real Estate). Jan is a true advocate for her older clients. She’s always available to answer questions, provide thorough follow-up, and walk through every step of the experience with them. Laura is a real estate professional with over 25 years of sales and management experience. Originally from New York, Laura relocated to the Washington, D.C. area in 1998 and lives with her husband in Bethesda, Maryland.
After working with her own family members who needed to downsize and make the transition to senior living, Laura decided to become a Certified Senior Housing Professional™ and a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach. With these qualifications, she can better assist other families facing the same challenges. Laura has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients through their major financial and lifestyle transitions while helping them relocate and sell their family home. A true Maryland girl at heart she loves all things water, dogs, and crabs. She currently resides in Bowie, Maryland with her husband, two daughters, and two rescue pups.
