Jan entered the world of real estate in 2005 after spending 15 years in Information Technology. As a native Washingtonian, who now resides in Montgomery County, Jan is very familiar with the entire Metro area and its real estate market.
She holds the elite Certified Senior Housing Professional™ certification and is a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach. She is also a part of the 3% of Realtors® nationwide who have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (known as the PhD of Real Estate). Jan is a true advocate for her older clients. She’s always available to answer questions, provide thorough follow-up, and walk through every step of the experience with them. Jessie began working in hospitality when she was a teenager and has been focused on customer service ever since. After over 10 years in the automotive industry, working in various aspects in sales, service, and accounting, she decided it was time to start a new chapter and joined Brito Associates of COMPASS, and now Capital Senior Solutions.
A true Maryland girl at heart she loves all things water, dogs, and crabs. She currently resides in Bowie, Maryland with her husband, two daughters, and two rescue pups.
