The renovation and staging transformed a tired condo to a stunning showplace that sold in one weekend. And Jan is wonderfully pleasant, extremely communicative, and always reachable during the entire process - beginning with the contract, preparing for the listing, showing the unit, negotiating the sale, and ending with the closing.
